A proud evening for Rockfin. We are delighted that at this year’s Employers of Pomerania Awards Gala, on February the 6th, Rockfin has been awarded „the Employer of the Year of the Metropolitan Area.”
This award means a great deal to us, because at its heart it recognises what truly defines Rockfin: our people.
Collecting the award, our CEO Michał Wróblewski made it clear that this achievement belongs to the entire #RockfinTeam. It reflects the commitment shown every single day — the collaboration, the sense of responsibility and the drive to keep raising the bar. It also reflects our ambition to build a workplace where people can grow professionally, take genuine pride in what they do and turn bold ideas into tangible results.
Being recognised as Employer of the Year is more than a title. It is an endorsement of the culture we have built - one based on trust, long-term thinking and investing in people. And it is proof that these values make a real difference, not only within our organisation, but across the wider region we are proud to be part of.
