On December 4, 2025, in Wejherowo, construction officially began on the first non-commercial hydrogen bus refueling station in Poland. Rockfin, as the general contractor, is carrying out the project in a “design and build” formula, using its proprietary HyVentive technology.

Discussions about hydrogen have been ongoing for many years, and one could say that this green player gives us growing hope for energy transformation. But are these still only hopes and forecasts, or are we already seeing its practical applications in our surroundings? These and many other questions were raised at this year’s Polish Conference for Hydrogen Energy and Technologies (PCHET) 2025 during various panels, where experts from business, academia, and the public sector shared their insights.

Canadian Hydrogen Convention 2025 held in Edmonton in April - the nation’s largest forum shaping the future of clean hydrogen. Representing Rockfin, Paweł Trojanowski - Business Development Director Hydrogen Systems, contributed expert insights on European hydrogen markets and transatlantic cooperation. His participation underscored the power of global collaboration in building scalable, robust green hydrogen economies.

We’re excited to share that the installation of cutting-edge hydrogen infrastructure is currently in progress at the ORLEN S.A. station located at Wielkopolska Street 239 in Gdynia. This is a groundbreaking project where Rockfin, as a technology partner, is playing a key role in driving Poland’s energy transformation.

On 4-7 November, Rockfin participated in one of the world’s largest energy sector events – the ADIPEC 2024 Exhibition and Conference in Abu Dhabi.

Introducing Rockfin HyVentive, our own hydrogen alkaline electrolyser pioneering clean energy. We’re excited to unveil a cutting-edge technology designed for small to mid-scale green hydrogen production.

In June 2024, after more than 1.5 years of preparation, the R&D team at Rockfin S.A. launched a hydrogen generator at their Malkowo facility. This 10 kW prototype allows us to test all functionalities and parameters.

The H2POLAND fair has been a resounding success for the Rockfin Team. During two days of intense networking we could gain many valuable contacts and grasp some inspiration from the technological branch. With over 2,000 visitors on the first day - a record-breaking milestone - the event showcased the growing momentum behind hydrogen technology.
